The Turning Heads Project is dedicated to helping people who are going through chemotherapy and have lost their hair.
What
Our goal is to encourage you as you go through your personal journey. By enhancing self-image, boosting confidence and changing perceptions, we celebrate baldness as a testament to living life authentically…not only surviving, but thriving.
How
Turning Heads provides free professional photo shoots including makeup and styling, and access to an online community for any individual who has lost his or her hair while battling cancer.
Why
In addition to offering encouragement to individuals undergoing chemotherapy, our goal is to educate. A bald person deserves to be acknowledged and celebrated for their ability to embrace life, and to be proud of their bravery as they face obstacles head-on.
We’re so happy you joined us on this site. Whether it is you or your mom, sister, or friend, who is undergoing chemotherapy and hair loss, we hope you’ll find our Turning Heads photos both inspirational and empowering.
